1976
Creation of the CRECI, French acronym for Center for Research and Studies on Individual Behaviors, by Christian Lemoine and François Basse.
The founders are focused on understanding and modeling Human Performance. The two men then embark on 5 years of research with athletes and coaches within 5 French sports federations.
1982
First corporate trainings, for first-line managers in the industrial world.
1989
Creation of the CRECI Paris agency.
1991
Creation of the CRECI Aix en Provence agency.
2006
Creation of training programs on workplace distress.
2020
Deployment of training programs on hybrid management.
1979
In the midst of the oil crisis, the CRECI declared:
"There is no economic crisis, there are only motivation crises."
The CRECI's first conviction emerged at the end of its years of research:

1985
Conception of the "Quaternary Project" and the belief that a unitary business project is not sustainable
1990
International expansion. A market of 5 languages (English, Italian, Spanish, Romanian and Portuguese).

Intervention on the topic of harassment.
