The identification and support of learners with disabilities is carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the Agefiph reception guide, taking into account the type of disability and its impact on the management training situation to be delivered. The approach includes the following support sequence: analysis of the disability – feasibility of accommodation/compensation or reorientation – accompaniment and follow-up.
